Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. Both are at Glasbern, and there is parking.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No; all our lovely guests are responsible for getting themselves back to hotel safely and responsibly, but remember those hotels are extremely close to the venue and there's lots of parking at the venue for rental cars/your cars!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Between 4:30 and 4:45.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Garden formal. Tie optional. Dress recommend knee- to midi- length. The venue is made up of brick paths and sidewalks, so pretty much any shoes are fine. Kids can wear whatever they want.

Where should I sleep?
Answer
We have reserved a blocks or rooms at the Hyatt, Delta Marriott, and Hilton for your convenience with a group rate for 9/6/26. Feel free to click the "View" buttons on the Travel page to book those, or feel free to book your own hotel. Remember to book early since it's a holiday weekend. All the hotels are only about 10 minutes from Glasbern.

What's the venue like?
Answer
There are paver sidewalks all over, but plenty of yard-space. So as long as you don't wear stilettos you'll be comfortable. If inclement weather, we have covered and indoor spaces. If it's wicked hot we have a shady ceremony space. There is on-site parking and lots of great food. Photos of the property are throughout website and ceremony photo is on Wedding Party tab.

What do I do if I forgot something and need to shop for it?
Answer
There's a shopping center near all the hotels with some clothing stores and grocery stores, and the Lehigh Valley Mall is only about 20 minutes away that has just about everything you could need!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We will send invitations in April with RSVP by July 1st. We recommend making your travel plans in advance though since we are getting married on Labor Day Sunday so it may be a busy time:) Thank you in advance for your efforts!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! If the RSVP form confuses you when the time comes, text one of us and we'll make sure you're fed safely and happily!!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Yes! It's a very kids-friendly venue, far from a busy road, plus music, games, and a children's entertainment table of activities.

What’s the wifi?
Answer
There is very unreliable signal. Inside Glasbern buildings, wifi is available.
