Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

Closest major international airport to Dallas and 40 minute drive to Palmer/Waxahachie, TX. Compare pricing between DFW and DAL (Dallas Love Field) airports and you could score a decent flight price! For those of you coming overseas, this will be your only option. To avoid rushing, we also recommend flying in Thursday night (keep in mind - hotel check ins are usually at 3 pm and that's when our wedding begins on Friday!)

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waxahachie

Closest hotel to the venue where we have reserved 20 hotel room blocks for our guests for both Thursday, Oct. 8th and Friday, Oct. 9th (Link below, Group Code: ABW). They are first come first served, however be sure to let Holiday Inn know you're with the Bell Wedding when you book. We'll be providing bus transportation to/from this hotel to the venue for all guests. The Holiday Inn also has a free shuttle service that goes to/from the wedding location. The shuttle can only accommodate 10 guests at a time and each round trip takes about 30 minutes. We recommend using this option only if the buses are full or if you've forgotten something.

Slightly less busy than DFW, so if you'd like an easier time catching an Uber, this might be your best bet. Cheaper option than the Holiday Inn and without the shuttle. Stay only a mile away and still join all the guests at the Holiday Inn for the free shuttle and busing to/from the wedding venue.

Say hello to your greatest childhood memory and wedding party bus! We'll have one school bus making round trips to/from the wedding venue from the Holiday Inn hotel. This is your best bet to make it to the wedding on time. The bus will make two trips. The first trip will leave the hotel around 2:00 pm (no later than 2:15 pm), and the second will leave around 2:30 pm (no later than 2:45 pm). Each round trip is approx. 30 minutes. Once the wedding festivities are over, the bus will begin return trips to the Holiday Inn, with he first at 9:00 pm and the second at 9:30 pm.

Cheapest hotel option only a mile away from the Holiday Inn. Book your nights here and still join all the guests at the Holiday Inn to catch the bus and shuttle to the wedding venue.
