"Sandy Toes and Hellos" Beach Walk

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

We recommend casual, comfortable attire for the walk. Please bring walking shoes and a water bottle, and feel free to pack flip flops or a swimsuit should you wish to enjoy the beach afterward.

Kick off the wedding weekend with a leisurely hike and beach walk to welcome all of our early-arriving guests! Take in the beautiful views of the La Jolla coastline and enjoy a chance to meet/mingle with friends and family before the celebrations begin. Please note that the trail to the beach takes approximately 40 minutes and includes moderate uphill and downhill terrain.

Wedding

4:30 pm - 11:30 pm

In the spirit of celebration, we invite you to dress in Black Tie Attire. For gentlemen: tuxedos or elegant matching suits, tie or bow tie required, dress shoes. For women: floor length gowns and formal accesories. We kindly remind you to refrain from wearing white, to keep this color reserved for the wedding couple.

Please join us in the Garden Courtyard for our ceremony, with cocktail hour and reception to follow.

"Farewell Float" For Estancia Guests

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Wrap up the wedding weekend with a poolside send-off! Join us for some sunshine, light bites, and one last chance to celebrate together before heading home. This event is reserved for guests staying at Estancia, as the pool is exclusively available to hotel guests. We can’t wait to soak up a little more time with you before the weekend floats away!

Second Reception

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

For our extended family and friends, we will be hosting an open house in Thousand Oaks one week after the wedding. If you aren't able to attend the wedding itself, please join us for a relaxed evening of fun, food and celebration.
