Hotel
Where to Stay We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt from Thursday through Sunday. Rates start at $289 per night, plus a $20 nightly resort fee. To secure our special rate, please book by August 1st. While this is especially helpful for out-of-town guests, we also encourage those of you living along the Wasatch Front or in the SLC area to join us in staying at the hotel for the weekend. Several events — including the bride’s activity day and Sunday’s farewell brunch — will be based at the Grand Hyatt, making it the hub for the weekend. More importantly, we all want to celebrate freely on our wedding night, and we do not encourage drinking and driving, especially down the winding mountain passes. In response, we’re arranging a roundtrip shuttle option to and from the Grand Hyatt for all wedding guests. Please see shuttle option below.

Getting to the Wedding Safely Wolf Creek Ranch is an exclusive, gated community deep in the Uinta Mountains — beautiful, remote, and entirely private. The roads are unlit, winding, and not built for heavy traffic, especially after dark. To ensure everyone’s safety, we’re arranging roundtrip shuttles from the Grand Hyatt on Saturday. The cost is $50-$80 per person depending on how many people RSVP, and we strongly encourage all guests to take advantage of this option. Due to limited access to the wedding venue & safety concerns, personal vehicle use is not recommended. We truly appreciate your understanding — and can’t wait to enjoy the night together, safely and stress-free. *BE SURE TO RSVP FOR THE SHUTTLE WHEN RSVPING FOR WEDDING CEREMONY* Note: Please make sure you have everything you need for the nights celebrations! Fall nights can be chilly, especially at high elevations, so we recommend you bring an extra layer for comfort. Return shuttles will not begin until 10PM.
