Lady of Honor
Caitlin hails from Portland, Oregon in the beautiful Willamette Valley. She joined the team at birth as Jas' "Sissy" by name, "Cuzzy" by title. As the first of their families to be coached on the west coast, these two are featured together in countless momentous highlights over the years. They can't wait to add this one to the list!
Best Man
Sami is the most experienced player on the team, taking the position as Simon’s older brother early on in his career. A one of a kind talent, Sami has great dad jokes, is a dad, and uses his feet to defend himself. This defensive all star has dominated the scoreboard for some time, and is the best man that you can count on.
Bridesmaid
Also coming out of Portland, we have fellow Cleveland Warrior and avid Oregon Duck fan Emily! Jas and Emily first partnered up their senior year of high school. Despite going to play at different colleges, they spent many an All-Star break together soaking up the sun and becoming steadfast friends.
Groomsman
Mazen and Simon were both drafted in 1991 in the capital city of South Carolina. They went to high school together, played on the same soccer team, and would get into epic battles playing the Nintendo classic; Super Smash Brothers. Mazen has been a key player in Simon’s life and has earned this first string position.
Bridesmaid
From the suburbs of Chicago to the hills of Seattle, Kate and Jas have followed each other around the country ever since their first week at Northwestern University. When one gets traded, they always find a way to play together again!
Groomsman
Braden who currently resides in Edinburgh, Scotland, is traveling the farthest to play for the groom squad. This wonderful Canadian player, born in Winnipeg, first joined teams with Simon in Redding, CA while they were attending ministry school in 2012.
Bridesmaid
Ruby is travelling from far and wide to join the squad for this match. This European player first met Jas on the other side of the world to train (or "Nest") in New Zealand for the better part of two years. No distance could keep these two apart!
Groomsman
Ben has been pulling practical jokes on Simon since the early 2000s. They met in church, banding together on the worship team. If you need any random history about the groom, or how to properly prank him, please go to Ben, a veteran player with lots of Simon experiences.
Bridesmaid
Madi and Jas started out as rookies together while waiting tables at a steakhouse in Wellington, New Zealand and quickly became a dynamic duo. They returned to the States after their stints abroad with a bond that spans across the country from SE to NW.
Groomsman
Another Crosby boy on the All-Star roster! Simon and Austin make an elite duo whether it's making music or trying to make half-court shots after playing video games for too long. Austin has the swag that you need on and off the field, and will occasionally break out surprise dance moves!
Bridesmaid
After meeting amidst March Madness one lucky St. Patrick's day, Alex became one of Jas' first teammates in Seattle. Now entering their 8th season together, they continue to play alongside one another while building their lives in the Pacific Northwest.
Groomsman
The grooviest groomsman out there, Karl has been jamming it up with Simon on and off the stage since 2019, where the two met at the magical West Seattle Trader Joe’s! From shredding guitars to restocking produce, these guys are always bound to have an incredibly stellar time.
Bridesmaid
As volunteers for Sofar Sounds in Seattle, one particularly fateful, chaotic show showed Rachel and Jas that as a team, they were unstoppable. Rachel became a key player in this love story early on and has assisted in many winning plays leading up to this day!
Groomsman
The greatest roommate Simon has ever had, until Jas of course 😉 Jake and Simon are known for their balanced attack in improvisational banter, melody making, and quoting Step Brothers or Lord of the Rings. Make sure to see them live in 2025.
Special Teams
Good special teams can make a big difference and we are thrilled to have Liam (9), Quinn (7), and Griffin (6) coming out to support the big game. Jas and her cousin Amanda spent many summers together in the Midwest as little leaguers and it is so special to have Amanda's rookies joining us for this season in the PNW!
Officiant
When Jas moved to Seattle, Aaron was a lucky first draft pick. After a few great seasons as friends, they both found their forever teammates and landed on neighboring home turf. Now, Aaron, Alex, and their star feline Betty are like family and we are honored to have Aaron officiate this championship moment.
