Bus (Flyrides) From Main Hotel (Inn on Baron's Creek) to Ceremony 9/17/22

A bus (Flyrides) will be running from 4 pm - 1 am on the day of the wedding (Saturday 9/17/22). Bus can get full so if you're ready, please be sure to get on an earlier bus. *Pickup location: Inn on Barons Creek, 308 S Washington St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624 BUS SCHEDULE (9/17) Going to Venue: *1st Pickup: 4 pm, drop off at venue @ 4:15-4:30 *2nd Pickup: 4:30/4:45 pm, drop off at venue @ 5 to 5:15 pm Leaving Venue: *1st Pickup: 10:15 pm, drop off at Inn on Barons Creek @ 10:30/10:45 *2nd Pickup: 11 pm, drop off at hotel @ 11:15/11:30 pm *3rd Pickup (last): 12:30 am, drop off at hotel by 1 am. *Pickup location: Inn on Barons Creek, 308 S Washington St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624

The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages (ONSITE LODGING - FULL)

*No more reservations left for onsite cabins. *Main office/reservations: 830-997-2185 (8 am - 9 pm daily) *After hours: 830-285-5601 Most cottages come with a small microwave, dorm-size refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee pot (10-12 cup) and a small bar-type sink. There are also BBQ pits, fire pits and picnic tables available for each cottage to use. Cottages PROVIDE: ----> Ground Coffee - regular & decaf in 4-cup pre-filtered packets (not K-cup style) ----> Coffee condiment packets, ceramic coffee cups and lightweight plastic water glasses (4oz) ----> Wine glasses and bottle openers are provided - UPON REQUEST ----> There is an ICE MACHINE but NO drink or snack vending at the ranch at this time. WE DO NOT PROVIDE: ----> Food preparation or consumption utensils (such as BBQ utensils, pots, pans, plates, knives, silverware or glasses)

Phone: (830) 990-9202 ROOM BLOCK OPTION: The Room Rate is $225 a night. We are only able to block 20 rooms, standard suite with either 1 king or 2 queen beds and a sitting room. Minimum 2-night Friday & Saturday stay. In order for guests to get our special rate they will need to call the hotel (830-990-9202) and mention the Kuhlman-Gatchalian Menchaca Wedding block. Recommend that you book ASAP if you want this hotel! (you do not have to reach out to Gary or Bayley in order to reserve this one) We don’t charge anything when you make your reservation. We take a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. It would only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. CANCELATION POLICY: Can cancel reservation before 48 hours prior to event, they will not be charged. However, if they do not cancel their reservation they will be charged the full amount.

Venue Parking

There will be plenty of parking onsite at the venue for the ceremony and at the cabin areas. You can leave car overnight at the venue if needed.

Feel free to bring a tent, hammock, trailer/RV and you can camp onsite at the venue. It’s allowed :)
