(For guests staying onsite) **Check-in at Main building at 1644 HWy 290 (this is NOT the same as the venue). Actual cottages and venue (where you'll be staying is at 3319 Lower Crabapple Road, Fredericksburg TX, 78624 - 10 minutes from check-in location). *If you're staying at the cottages onsite at the venue, check-in is 3:00 pm Friday, 9/16/22. Earliest you can check in without incurring early check-in fee is 2/2:30, but you'll have to let the venue know before hand. To check at 1 (at the earliest) it would be a $40 early check-in fee. *Latest Checkin: 9 pm, call cottages before and they can leave your key at the cabin, but will need to come in to the office by 12 pm the next day to complete your payment. **Check-out: 11:00 am 9/18/22; You can drop your keys off in the key drop box near the ice machine

Dressy Casual (Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner will be outdoors)
*When: Rehearsal: 5:30/5:45 pm. Dinner to follow at 7 pm/ *Where: Rehearsal will be at venue ceremony site. Rehearsal Dinner will be at cabins (outdoors), main homestead by the pool *Who: We ask that only the people invited to the rehearsal be in attendance. (the wedding party (bride/groom party and their plus ones, + immediate family) only come to the rehearsal). After the rehearsal dinner, guests staying at the lodges are welcome to come join to hang out!
