I've known Melissa since I was 3 and she was 6. We're both only children and found ourselves playing dress-up for hours at each other's homes. We lived about 200 feet from each other, which made for a very easy commute! Our parents also shared a great friendship, so we are more like family than simply friends. She was my Confirmation Sponsor and has been a trusted mentor for a very long time, so there was no one better for this role than Melissa!

There are those people in life that no matter what happens, you laugh. This is essentially the friendship of Becca and Babs. We're both are admittedly a bit crazy and we spare no expense at making sure the other one knows that we are, and that we're in good company. With that insanity, comes fierce loyalty and the reassurance that if either of us needed one another, we'd be on the first plane with no questions asked. I've known Becca since my freshman year of college. We met briefly, cut class to go to Friendly's, and that's how it all started... over Fribbles and Quesadillas. We're competitive to the core, but never with each other... only everyone else, whether or not they know it. We're not always the most effective team, but we're undeniably the most entertaining!

The year was 2007. The beach was Sea Girt. We met at Sundress Fest and hit it off. Little did we know that we'd be thick as thieves a few years later when we both had unexpected layoffs (thanks, recession!), and had the summer to roam the city. Endless days of Chinatown lunches and discovering new parts of downtown made for a great friendship. It's no wonder that we refer to each other as wifeys! As we moved from NJ beaches to Hamptons, we became travel and roommate buddies everywhere we stayed. In addition, we extended our reach and traveled to Bermuda and as far east as CHINA! Always an adventure... and a friendship built on support, love, and a passion for all good things to eat!

The older half of the infamous Janko sisters... they can be seen flying down the slopes of Breckenridge or speaking German in swanky Los Feliz eateries. I can't tell you the first time that we met, because I feel like I've always known Maja. I'd imagine it was at the Hamptons (where all 30-somethings in NYC seem to meet), and that we were probably on our way to winery or downtown Southampton. Through a shared passion for skiing and for good food, we've fostered an amazing friendship. Both Tom and I love spending time with her and she's even got a room named after her in our house!

Wedding Planner

What can I say? She's probably the only person that yells at me and I actually listen and comply. We met at Shutterstock and kicked off a summer of being fun and single. We joined the company flag football league and endless parties and nights of fun followed. From there, Kristen met her partner in our co-worker, Julio, and before we knew it, we were off and planning her wedding! By we, I mean, I just bought a dress, bc anyone that knows Kristen knows that she plans parties like no other. It brought me so much joy to have two of my great friends join together as a perfect match. She's been my rock during so much sadness and turmoil. She's been my support system when I decided to move westward, and I'm so glad she's part of my special day.
