Kids are welcome The house has a long narrow driveway and parking is limited. Please try to car pool or get dropped off as much as possible. We will communicate if there are alternative parking options.

Sea Ranch Morning Dip + Pool & Sauna — 10:00 AM

Join us Saturday at 10:00 AM at The Sea Ranch Ohlson Recreation Center for an optional cold-water ocean dip, then warm up in the 80°F pool and saunas. Ohlson’s striking coastal architecture and cliffside setting make it a special Sea Ranch gathering spot. Plan: Meet at Ohlson Recreation Center at 10:00 AM. Wear your bathing suit and bring your own towel. There are locker rooms and showers. Walk the short (~3 min) dirt path down to the beach access beneath the pool. Safe open beach for a quick plunge; spectators welcome. Our wonderful photographer Melissa will join us to capture the group dip. Return to the warm pool and enjoy the saunas (mens, womens, and community co-ed). Facility is kid-friendly. Notes: No RSVP needed — just show up. Sea Ranch passes are required for Ohlson access. Lodge guests: talk to Chris and Dave to be paired with extra-pass holders. Rental houses: please bring all house rec center passes (typically 6) to help cover everyone.

Cocktail (semi-formal) — Dress to celebrate. We encourage jackets and ties for men.
We’ll be hosting the ceremony outdoors near the water, with cocktail hour on the Ocean Deck of the Lodge, so it may be colder and windier than you expect (around 60°F). Bring a jacket or shawl for warmth. The route to the ceremony includes a short walk on uneven grass and wood chips; if you need assistance getting to the site, a golf cart will be available. Dinner will be held inside the Lodge, followed by drinks and dessert at the hotel Bar + Lounge.
