Yes! We’re thrilled to be providing lodging for all of our guests. Your stay is fully covered, so there’s no need to book or pay for your room.
Yes! We strongly recommend renting a car for the weekend. The estate is quite spread out, and some of the houses are a 5–10 minute drive apart. You’ll also need a car to reach the nearby town for groceries, restaurants, cafés, and exploring the area during your free time. We found it very easy to rent a car at the Rome airport. Book early to ensure availability!
Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to Italy, with Rome, Florence, and Perugia as the most convenient airports. We recommend renting a car for ease of travel and to get around the estate, though limited train connections are also available.
The wedding festivities will include three hosted meals: a welcome dinner, the reception dinner, and a farewell brunch the following morning. Outside of these events, guests will be responsible for their own meals and are encouraged to plan accordingly. Accommodations are located on a large organic farm estate in the hills (an agriturismo). While the setting is peaceful and beautiful, it is rural, and there are no on-site dining options outside of our scheduled events. Guests should plan to purchase groceries for breakfasts, lunches, and snacks, or dine in nearby towns during their free time. A car is strongly recommended for convenience. The nearest supermarket, as well as restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, is less than 10 minutes away in the town of Tavernelle.
All couples will have private apartments with queen/king beds. Families will be roomed together, while solo travelers may be paired with a friend if space is limited.
Yes! We'll organize a car pool for getting to the ceremony, and a local company will provide shuttle service at the end of the night.
Once RSVPs are finalized at the end of March, you'll receive an email with an information packet. This will include details on getting to and from the estate, what's located in the nearby town of Tavernelle, and recommendations for day trips. Stay tuned!
