San Clemente Beach Trail
A scenic 2.3 mile oceanfront path that runs along the Pacific. Ideal for walking, biking, or soaking in the salty air. You can start at several trailheads like North Beach, the Pier, or Calafia Park and stop along the way for photos, beach access, and views.
T-Street Beach
A relaxed, local-favorite beach just south of the pier with wide sand, great surf views, and an easygoing vibe. Popular with surfers, walkers, and anyone looking to unwind by the water.
High Tide Coffee San Clemente
There are so many great coffee shops in the area, but this one holds a special place in our hearts. After touring our venue for the very first time, this is where we stopped for coffee — and where we looked at each other and knew, without a doubt, that it was OUR venue. A relaxed, welcoming spot with great coffee and coastal vibes, perfect for a slow morning or a thoughtful pause in your day.
Nick's San Clemente
A polished yet approachable spot for elevated American classics, great cocktails, and a lively atmosphere. Fun fact — our local Nick’s is actually in Newport, just down the street from our place, but no matter the location, the butter cake is always our favorite. A great choice for dinner or drinks — reservations recommended, especially on weekends.
River Street Marketplace
A lively, modern food hall with multiple restaurants, cocktail spots, and boutique shopping — perfect if your group can’t agree on just one plan. Great for shopping, casual lunches, early dinners, or drinks with friends in a walkable, social setting near the Mission. Heritage Barbecue
This one is special — hands down the best barbecue in the area. Known for its Texas-style smoked meats (especially the brisket), Heritage is casual, local, and incredibly good. Perfect for lunch or an early dinner. Go early if you can — they’re known to sell out, and it’s worth planning around.
Dana Point Harbor
A scenic waterfront area with an easy walking path, marina views, and plenty of spots to grab a drink or a bite by the water. Great for a relaxed afternoon stroll or sunset stop — no agenda required. Fun Fact: This is where Kelsie first met Austin’s entire family before hopping on a boat to Catalina to celebrate his sister-in-law Jillian’s birthday 🤍 A core memory for us.

This one deserves its own callout! An artisan, wood-fired pizza spot known for its high-quality ingredients, beautifully blistered crusts, and natural wine selection. Casual but elevated — great for sharing pizzas, lingering over wine, and enjoying an effortlessly cool atmosphere. Very popular, so expect a wait during peak hours (and worth it).
