The wedding will be outdoors at Hacienda Sac Chich where the atmosphere is elegant but relaxed. Please dress in light, breathable fabrics suitable for Mérida’s warm climate and the natural surroundings of the hacienda. We kindly ask guests not to wear full white, off-white, blue, Burgundy, and Red outfits The bridal party will be in burgundy.

Throughout the weekend, we want our guests to experience the fresh, vibrant flavors of the Yucatán. Catered by Bravo, we’ll begin with refreshing aguas frescas featuring citrus, hibiscus, and cucumber, followed by a cocktail hour of Yucatecan-inspired canapés like ceviche, coconut shrimp, panuchos, and salbutes. For dinner, guests will enjoy a multi-course menu highlighting regional classics such as tikin xic fish or beef stuffed with cochinita pibil, followed by a traditional corn cake with three milks and flambéed meringue for dessert. Custom cocktails will be served throughout the night to complement the meal and the celebrations. Transportation to and from the hacienda is provided. Meeting and drop off location is at the Hyatt Regency (Host Hotel). We’re excited to share a taste of Mérida’s warmth and culinary heritage with you.
