We’ve reserved a room block at The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit for our guests. If you’d like to stay there, please use the link attached to book at our discounted group rate. Please note that reservations must be made by Thursday, September 17, 2026 to receive the group rate, so be sure to book before the deadline!

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Ceremony

October 9, 2026 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

We will provide a shuttle for guests staying at The Westin. The shuttle will depart from The Westin at 4:00 PM for the ceremony. At the conclusion of the reception, return shuttles to The Westin will be available at 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and midnight. Parking is also available at the yacht club for those who prefer to drive or use a rideshare service to the venue!

Flight

Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

If you’re flying, we recommend flying into Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) as it’s the closest airport to the venue! It’s about a ~25 minute ride to downtown from the airport.

House Or Rental

Airbnb or Vrbo

If you prefer accommodations other than a hotel, or are traveling with a group and would like to stay together, Airbnb and Vrbo are excellent options in the Detroit area.
