Rebecca (Becky) is my sister in love (sister-in-law). When the Wilson bunch met Becky, we agreed early on she was/is an asset to my brother, Brian. She's a helpmate to us all and has a giving heart. She is my voice of reason and has been a blessing to the Wilson family. Because I have a sister in love, I will always have a sister. She is affectionately called "Louise or Beck" and she is my "Strength, whom shoulders I look over".

Allysceaioun and I have been best friends for over 20+ years. She's my 5:00am call every morning or my 12 midnight call at every night. She's a gentle yet firm soul in life. My sisterfriend is affectionately called "Lex" and is known as my "Peace"!

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. brought Lynette and I together. We served on AKA International teams together since 2012 and she's my " will get you straight" sisterfriend and leaves no room for further discussion. She has a heart of gold with that California flair. She's a mastermind in the classroom with her students and students in the California School District and we share a joy in education. My sisterfriend is affectionately called Linnie and she's my "Fire".

Nancy and I have been friends since 1999. She is my "keep it real sisterfriend" and my "down for whatever" girl. A short story about Nancy and I-- we've done A LOT, so much so, we look to God and say, "We're sorry but boy was that fun". This girl has been my ride or die from our college days. My sisterfriend is affectionately known as "Sis" to me and she is my "Adventure Friend".

Tara and I met a few years ago and took a liking to one another because we're so different. She is an introvert and I am an extreme extrovert. She's my traveling partner and always good at listening and giving another perspective to situations. She can cook y'all and she has been my personal human recipe creator during my engagement. My sisterfriend is affectionately called " Tee" and is my "Calming Force".

Waymond, affectionally called "Wayne" is my brother. Wayne is a man that I look up to every day that ends in "Y" and in many days and he doesn't know it. He and I have gone through a lot and we have faced much adversity and he is a leader in his little brother's eyes. He is a hard worker and loves the Lord. He has shown me how to love, respect, and lead as I embark upon being a husband. For all he has done, I say thank you and I appreciate our brotherhood.

Samoura Hobbs Taylor is a cousin of the bride. He has been like a little brother to the bride. Samoura is a bright man with an even brighter future. He has been in several movies which you will see, he is a star in his own rights. He has always been a motivator and calm-spoken man in the bride's life thus it is only right that he share in her special day.

L'Kirious is my second son. He too is a smart, handsome man. He has become a man that I am so very proud of. He is full of life and laughter. He completed college 2020 during this pandemic and I am a proud father that he stuck with his coursework and completed his degree. He has a bright future ahead of him and I am so happy to have him be an intricate part of my special day.

Kirk is my brother-in-law. He has been helpful to me and my trucking business while in East Texas. He's smart, wise beyond his years and has a good heart. He has a willingness to help anyone around him. He and his wife Peggy (my sister) have been a huge blessing to me.
Donald Rankin

Kippy and Donald who Kip affectionately calls "Rankin" met at Davis Memorial Church of God through a mutual friend. Kip and Rankin became fast friends as both drive rigs for a living. Kip looks at Rankin as a man of God and a very good friend. Oftentimes, you can find them calling to check on one another and when Kip gets off the phone he says, " that's my buddy". Rankin has been a positive influence in Kip's life like a brother and we are forever thankful for his jovial laugh and sweet disposition.
Darreon Starling

Darreon is my oldest son. He is so smart, handsome, and a caring young man. I have enjoyed watching how he has grown and developed into manhood. He makes me proud to be his father and I am beaming that God chose me for this role. All of his life, I have prayed over him that God would steer him in the right direction and God has not let me down, so thankful. It pleases me to my heart to have him as an intricate part of my special day.

Brian is the brother to the bride. Brian and I hit it off as soon as we met. Brian and Anika played a practical joke on me the first encounter we had and they got me real good. The humor they share together, as brother and sister, is paramount. Brian takes his role seriously about being the older sibling. He showed me genuine respect and love when we met and I have always admired him as a man. He affectionally calls me brother-on-law and I carry that with honor. He's a great man. Brayden affectionately called "Bray" is the great-nephew to the groom. He has a sweet disposition, full of energy and super smart. We're excited to have him and his sister be a part of our day.

La'Kaylen affectionately called "Kay Kay" is the great-niece to the groom. She is my little firecracker and joy! She and Anika hit it off the first time they met. Kay Kay is a loving, angelic, and oh-so-smart child. Her parents Le'Marcus Britton and Meggan Starling have done an auspicious job raising her and her siblings.

Kippy: Willie is Anika's father. He is an extreme comedian with a hardy laugh. He speaks with much knowledge and means business about his daughter. He was skeptical of me upon meeting him but we became buds quickly. Dad Willie and Anika are best friends, for sure. She's a daddy's girl all day; every day. Anika: My father is the first love of my life. He has taught me so much through his demeanors and lack of speech on issues. Most people dream of their hero, my hero raised me! Love my daddy beyond words!

Kjulonda and Anika have been glued to the hip since Kjulonda's birth. They were inseparable for a number of years. They grew in practically the same home and then off to college Anika went. Never to fear, summertime was always near where they hooked back up again. Then off to college for Kjulonda, again summers and breaks were their rekindle time for laughter, love and hanging out. She has always been the little sister cousin to the bride. She holds true and dear value to the bride and its long night of reminiscing the good ole' days when they are together.
