What is the wedding attire?

Answer

The wedding will be held outside under a gazebo. Summer business causal comfortable attire and shoes are appropriate.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

How many people will be in attendance?

Answer

There will be approximately 100 close friends and family members in attendance.

Once I reach the grounds, will I have to walk far?

Golf carts have been purchased for a breezy roll to the gazebo site.

Do I have to pay to park?

Answer

There is no cost to park at the hotel or wedding venue.

Will there be a bar?

There will be a cash bar available to you with a great number of various wines, beers, low and high shelf liquor.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held in the same location as the wedding but indoors in The Great Room.

Can I bring kids to the wedding?

Children are allowed at the wedding.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?

No, a hotel shuttle will not be available to the venue.

All guests, please arrive at 4:30pm.
