I took Kippy here the 2nd week he moved to Oklahoma City and he was in amazement for a few hours with the history and story of the bomb in 1995.
Kip and I have never visited the OKC zoo but throughout all of our travels, we try to visit a zoo or aquarium as I am an avid lover of anything that swims.
Kip and I visited the science museum together as a mistake. I had a group of children there for a field trip and he brought me lunch. He came in and decided to stay. He was amazed at all of the critical thinking of electricity , design lab and the adventure of STEM. This place is for all ages and as my educational background is sceince it allowed me an opporunity to explore knowledge with my fiance. Mind blowing!
This is a thrill-seeking water park. Attended as a kid and it takes hours to get through it but it is loads of fun.
Are you ready for your heart to be at the bottom of your feet? This is a family-friendly atmosphere with lots to see and do. A thrill junky would love this themed park.
We know this is cliché, but it’s a must-see. A great walk or bike ride for the rare day that it is sunny out. We ha a picnic in the park and it was great! Live music and art show on display.
This is the home to NBA Oklahoma City Thunder Basketball.
One of the best collections of modern artwork downtown OKC. A must see!
About 30 minutes outside of the city, this is such yummy pizza (and frozen yogurt) it is worth the trip. Great if you are staying in Oklahoma City for longer, and very easy to make a pit-stop on your way to or from Dallas.
Kip and I have had date night every Friday for 6 years. And at least twice a month, he wants to eat at this eatery. It is so good and we both recommend Portobello Mushroom Chicken and Ft. Worth Ribeye. Some good eating!
This is a great way to see downtown OKC on the water taxi! Go and then tell Kip about it because he has never been, ha!
We go here often and needless to say, we have a blast! Great spot with friends and family.
