Kamakura was the first samurai regime in Japanese history, and with Stephen’s colorful past and obsession with the katana, it seemed only right to obtain our wedding blessing from the Hachiman deity (God of the Warriors)! Tsurugaoka Hachimangu is a Shinto Shrine that has withstood the test of time for over 962 years! We are truly honored to celebrate our union in Japan and share my amazing culture with you!
