Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the Combs ranch, facing the south, which allows for unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. The studio is well laid out for up to 4 guests. There is a queen size bed and two full size cots, which can be stacked as bunk beds. The property is enclose with a fence and has full RV hook-ups.
