Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

What is the timeline for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 7:15pm (invitation says 6:30pm but we pushed it back to help save ourselves from the heat). Dinner, booze, dancing, and games will begin immediately after the ceremony!

Are there any other events I can attend during the weekend?

Answer

If you're in town on Friday (June 11th), you're welcome to stop by Eve's from 7:00 to 9:00pm and meet our family, eat some local bbq & share a few drinks! We realize many of you are making a whole trip out of this weekend so if you're not in town yet or you'd rather just relax/explore Marathon on your own- no worries! We'll see you at the wedding!

What should I wear? Is there a specific dress code?

Answer

Our dress code for the wedding will be semi-formal, with a “boho & bolo ties” theme. With Eve’s Garden being a vibrantly colored venue & since we want everyone included in photos- we encourage you to wear desert/earthy/natural tones (for example: nude, tan, khaki, taupe, brown, burnt orange, sienna, terra cotta, sage, olive green, cactus green, dusty rose, powder blue, midnight sky blue). Please see the “Photos” tab to view color palette examples. And no guys, you don't HAVE to wear a bolo tie. We just want you all to have fun with our theme! Ladies- we recommend wearing block heels or sandals , the wedding & reception will be held outdoors where you will mostly be walking on stone walkway or grass. We are mindful that our wedding will be held outside during the summer season, which is why we've chosen to have the ceremony & reception later in the evening. On average, June temperatures in Marathon range from high 90’s during the day and high 60’s at night.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have worked really hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family members and best friends, so we ask that you come solo unless we know your other half and have specified it on your invitation.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, to allow all wedding guests (including parents) a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. We hope you will understand our decision and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

One of the perks of having our wedding at Eve's Garden is that we are allowed to party ALL night!! There is no scheduled end time.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We kindly ask that any photos on social media of our wedding be posted after the ceremony and you use the hashtag #TavHartsFish
