Passport Expiry Date

Please ensure that you check the expiry date on your passport! Canada will not grant entry if your passport is within 6 MONTHS of expiring, so please triple check as we want your travel to be as easy and carefree as possible.

Flight

Vancouver International Airport

Vancouver is the closest airport to the Whistler/ Pemberton area. We highly recommend renting a car at the airport if you are planning to do any hiking or any other activities outside of the immediate Whistler Village area. If you do not wish to rent a car, there is a shuttle from Vancouver airport to Whistler, and a free bus between whistler mountain and blackcomb mountain.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Whistler to the Bluevault Property

A shuttle will be running to and from the venue for guests who do not wish to drive. Please let us know if you are planning to travel via the shuttle in advanced, there are 40 seats available. You must confirm your spot with Shelly, it will be a first come first served basis.

Taxi Information

Please note there is no Uber or Lift in the Pemberton area! If you do not wish to drive to and from the wedding and have not reserved a spot on the shuttle via Shelly, you must book a taxi in advanced. For larger groups check out Whistler Executive Transportation. For smaller groups or couples check out the Whistler Taxi or Whistler Taxi Service (must call to book).
