Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in an airbnb or hotel in Whistler Village or the neighboring Blackcomb area. This will make walking for coffee in the morning, going out to dinner, or accessing the gondolas easiest for all of you! P.s. there is a free shuttle that runs between the 2 mountains every half hour.

Question

What should I wear for Welcome Cocktails?

Answer

For welcome cocktails, please wear your Sunday best. For the ladies, sundresses, jumpsuits, or trousers and top. For the gentlemen, a collared shirt and trousers or dressy shorts.

Question

What is the Dress Code for the Wedding?

Answer

Something old, Something new, Shelly would love if you could all be her something blue! Please dress in your favorite shade of blue for our outdoor summer evening wedding. Ladies, please note the whole day will be outdoors in a field. We highly recommend block or wedged heels. Please no white/ivory attire. Gentlemen, a light weight suit or trousers and sports coat , ties and bows ties are optional. Please no sneakers. Oh and don't forget your sunglasses!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue! If you would prefer not to drive, let us know and we will reserve a spot on the shuttle for you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm.

Answer
