Fun dinner spot in the middle of town with great steak and empanadas!
Dragonfly Bar & Grill
Great spot for dinner with live music. Not beachfront but the food is fantastic!
El Mercadito
Market in the middle of town with various food stands - great for groups or an easy meal!
Fish and Cheeses
Delicious pasta. Must make a reservation for dinner. Or stop in for gelato :)
Tamarindo Night Market
Thursday night only. Fun night market to walk around for souvenirs. Bring cash.
Lola's
If you want to check out a different beach outside of Tamarindo, we recommend Lola’s. It’s about a 30 minute drive, and the last 10 minutes are on an unpaved road- but it’s worth the journey for a beautiful beach and a great restaurant!
Los Altos de Eros Spa
This spa is about 30 minutes outside of Tamarindo in the hills, with great aerial views of the jungle. We had an incredibly relaxing afternoon here and recommend you book the spa package - it comes with transportation and a delicious lunch!
