Ceremony and Reception

11:30 am - 5:00 pm

Glen Artney 66, Patapsco Valley State Park
Halethorpe, MD 21227

Dress code: Dressy casual – with an October, forest twist! Above all, we want you to be comfortable. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so please dress according to the weather, which may be cool or rainy. Boots are recommended over dress shoes or heels because the ground around the pavilion is a little uneven and may even be muddy on the day.

The ceremony will be followed by lunch (appetizers, salad, and wood-fired pizza, then desserts). Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. There may be dancing, depending on the weather. There will definitely be laughter and games regardless of the weather. We will have a shuttle taking guests from the BWI Airport Marriott Hotel to the pavilion at the state park (and from the pavilion back to the hotel at the end of the reception). You are also welcome to park in the hotel parking lot and take that shuttle even if you are not staying at the Marriott. If you plan to drive yourself to the state park, though, please let us know - parking is limited and the directions are tricky, so we will need to provide you with a map.
