Travel
We have a few hotel blocks available (see below), all of which are a 10-15 drive/ride to our venue. There are a lot of other hotels in the area, so feel free to shop around. We recommend staying in a hotel with surveilled parking rather than an Airbnb due to the varying safety of neighborhoods throughout Baltimore. If you are considering an Airbnb, please let us know and we can advise on the location. Hampden, where we are having the wedding reception, is a very safe area.
We recommend comparing Uber and Lyft prices - they're comparable, but sometimes Lyft is a bit cheaper.
If driving your own car and parking on the streets of Baltimore, a steering wheel lock isn't a bad idea.
Flight
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)
If flying, choose BWI as your destination. The airport is about 20 minutes south of downtown and the Inner Harbor and 30 minutes south of our venue True Chesapeake in Hampden. An Uber or Lyft ride from the airport is likely in the neighborhood of $20-30.
