Welcome Event

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

This event will be on grass/sand with a bonfire so keep that in mind for attire! Don't wear anything you wouldn't want to smell like bonfire afterwards

Join us on a private beach/cove for a bonfire and drinks! There will be an open bar for all guests who stop by and some snacks. Make sure to eat a full dinner beforehand and don’t forget to bring a jacket as it gets chilly at night!

Wedding Ceremony and Dinner

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden party formal. We'd love to see everyone have fun getting dressed up with us! See further details in the FAQ section of the website if you want additional guidance.

Dinner will be served as a buffet with options to accommodate multiple dietary constriction. The staff will have cards that specify gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Timeline breakdown: 4:30 - 5:00PM: Wedding Ceremony 5:00 - 6:00PM: Cocktail Hour 6:00 - 9:00PM: Dinner, toasts, dessert 9:00 - 11:00PM: Dancing!

Post-Wedding Breakfast

8:00 am - 11:00 am

Whatever your heart desires! Comfy coz or Sunday brunch attire, choose your venture!

Location: Quarterdeck Cabin in Roche Harbor. If you have time, come join the bride and groom for a low-key breakfast hosted at the Hoyer family's cabin! We completely understand if you are unable to join due to travel plans home as we know it's a trek to get to and from the PNW, therefore please don't feel obligated to squeeze this into your day if it's doesn't work for you. We do, however, plan to have coffee, juice, and some breakfast available for people to make a quick pitstop before they leave the island for those who are able and want to say goodbye!
