Early Mountain Vineyards is about 45 minutes outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. Washington D.C. is about a two-hour drive. We recommend booking lodging early, as the weekend of October 8 is a University of Virginia home football game. If you are having trouble finding a hotel in Charlottesville, we recommend checking AirBNB, as there are many options within 15 minutes drive of Early Mountain Vineyards. Amtrak trains run regularly between Washington, DC and Charlottesville, VA - another recommended option for those flying in to the DC area! For convenience, we have reserved group blocks at the Holiday Inn and Hyatt Place Charlottesville, below.
