What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is perfect. The ceremony will be held outside (unless there is inclement weather) and the reception will be held inside.

Can I bring my kids?

We love your kids, but this is an adults-only event!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Early Mountain has plentiful parking. Cars can also be left overnight in the parking lot as needed.

Is transport provided?

Answer

We have reserved shuttles which will depart from Holiday Inn Express - Ruckersville and Hyatt Place Charlottesville - and return to those locations at the end of the evening. Buses will depart from Hyatt Place hotel at 4:15pm sharp. Buses will depart from Holiday Inn Express Charlottesville/Ruckersville at 4:35pm sharp. Buses will depart Early Mountain Vineyards at 9:30pm ET, and at 11:30pm ET. Please let us know when you RSVP if you intend to use the shuttle so that we can make sure we've got our numbers right!

Yes! Please make a note when you RSVP and we'll flag it for the chef.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive close to 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30.
