Any Tucson Local's favorite spot. When Alex and Jen drove down to Tucson together for Christmas after two months of dating, Eegee's was their first stop. They specialize in delicious frozen fruit drinks and mediocre sandwiches. Never EVER call it a slurpee...seriously.
Presta Coffee Roasters
Our favorite coffee roasters in Tucson! They have three locations around town, all of which will satisfy even the snobbiest of coffee nerds' standards (per Alex).
ANELLO
One of our favorite restaurants in town. Simple, Neapolitan-style pizza in a cozy, minimalist environment. If it's too busy, go across the alleyway to Crooked Tooth Brewery and you can order online and they will bring it over to you!
Bar Crisol Mezcal Bar
Thursday through Saturday from 5pm-11pm, the local coffee roaster, Exo, turns into Bar Crisol. It's a really cute Mezcal Bar in the beautiful Barrio Viejo neighborhood.
Tito and Pep
One of our favorite restaurants in Tucson where you can get amazing Southwestern comfort food and delicious drinks. A favorite of Jen's is the pozole!
Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum
More of a zoo than a museum, the Desert Museum is the best place in Tucson to see live desert animals in their natural habitat.
