4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
If you have visited us in Tucson, we have most likely taken you to our favorite brewery: Pueblo Vida. This tiny yet nationally recognized local brewery puts out some of the best beers we've ever had! Come stop by and say hello! We'd love to welcome you to Downtown Tucson and kick off this wedding weekend right! *For those of you who do not drink alcohol, Pueblo Vida has a pretty awesome "Vida Spritz" that is non-alcoholic! Parking: Nearby street parking is usually free after 6pm. There are also parking garages downtown that are all affordable and close by. Note: We won't have any catered food at this event, but you Pueblo Vida does have some delicious local popcorn for purchase!
4:30 pm
We suggest cocktail attire. We recommend that ladies wear wedges or flats as the ground can be uneven. It can also get cold up on the mountain once the sun goes down, so please bring a jacket and shoes to dance in!
The wedding will be held on Site 5 at Whitetail Campground, which is a large group campsite on Mt. Lemmon. From central Tucson to the campsite, it is approximately an hour-long drive with an elevation gain of about 6,000 feet. The entire wedding will be held outdoors. The Wedding Ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. **Please see the *Important Info* section for additional details** If you are planning to drive to the wedding, please note that all cars will need a pass that will be given upon entering the campground as parking is very limited (~45 parking spots).
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Come on a morning-after mushroom hike and brunch with Alex and Jen up on Mt. Lemmon! Alex has been really into foraging fungi on Mt. Lemmon - on which our wedding will be taking place. We will meet at the wedding campsite and carpool to the foraging sites from there.
Mt. Lemmon is part of the "Sky Islands" where sharp elevation changes allow for an unparalleled diversity of fungi, plants, and animals. Alex and Jen have found many edible mushrooms on Mt. Lemmon, including Porcini, Chanterelles, Oysters, Enoki, Reishi, Turkey Tail, and our locally famous Amanita Cochiseana. We will bring coffee and catered food from Eegees to the campsite to share before the hike! Please be prepared with hiking shoes/clothes, rain jackets/gear, water, snacks, and a basket to collect mushrooms if you have one. (We will bring a few extra in case you can’t bring one). The hike we’ll be taking has quite an incline at a high elevation (~8800ft), so we do not recommend this event if you are not comfortable hiking under these conditions. *The presence of fungi is determined on environmental factors like rain, temperature, humidity, etc.. - If it is too dry this event may be modified! We will update this as we get closer.

One of our favorite musical artists, The Tallest Man on Earth, is playing at our local music venue, The Rialto Theater. This is a beloved music venue in the heart of Downtown Tucson. Both of us have attended countless shows here and we would love to share this event with you all. We both have bought our tickets to this event as well as a few other wedding attendees. Of note, *this event will likely sell out so please buy your tickets in advance if you plan to attend*. We have purchased General Admission tickets ($43.50/ticket after fees). It will be an amazing night for sure! https://www.rialtotheatre.com/tm-event/the-tallest-man-on-earth-rialto-theatre/
