7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Light dinner-style bites (tacos/nachos) will be served—we’ll have enough to keep you fueled, but feel free to grab dinner beforehand if you’re extra hungry! Attire Suggestions: Dress for a semi-casual with light fabrics like linen, button-downs, tailored pants, summer dresses, skirts, or matching sets (no shorts, preferably no jeans please). Consider bringing an extra layer.

Wedding

4:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire Suggestions: Summer cocktail attire—lighter colors like blues, browns, greens, purples, yellows, or pinks, but wear what feels most comfortable for you! Suits (with or without a tie), dresses, jumpsuits, or separates are all great options. We recommend loafers, dress shoes, block heels, wedges, or flats—please, no sneakers or stiletto heels.

Pre-ceremony drinks will be served from 4-4:30pm as guests arrive. SHUTTLE TIMING: Shuttles to the venue will be available for boarding at the Vail Transportation Center (241 S Frontage Rd E, Vail, CO 81657) at 2:45pm and will be departing for the venue at 3:15pm. Shuttles back to Vail will begin running at 9pm, with the final shuttle departing around 10:35pm.

Farewell Coffee

11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Feel free to drop by anytime between 11:00–12:30 PM (before or after checkout) for a final hug and goodbye if you'd like! Totally casual and completely optional.
