Tropical Wedding Guest Excursion

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

For guests interested in joining us, we have set up a private, off-site excursion for our wedding guests that combines adventure with relaxation! During this tour, we will ride horseback through the mountainside, zipline over the tropical rainforest, cool off sliding down a mountain water slide, enjoy a Costa-Rican lunch and learn about their culture, relax at an all-natural volcanic spa courtesy of the Rincon de la Vieja volcano, and enjoy a scenic waterfall hike/swim. This event is *optional*. For those interested in joining us, please bring $125 in cash for each guest partaking in the tour. We will meet in the hotel lobby at 7:45am and return around 5:00pm. Please bring comfortable clothing, closed toe shoes, a bathing suit, towel, and cash. We look forward to exploring Costa Rica with you!

Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail / Dressy Casual

Please join us in the resort gardens for our Welcome Party! Cocktails and dinner will be served. We are requesting a Cocktail / Dressy Casual attire for our Welcome Party. For ladies, you can opt for a cocktail dress or floral dressy sundress. Men should wear slacks/khakis pants and a collared button down (short-sleeve its fine). Please no jeans, hats, or non-collared shirts. We can't wait to welcome everyone to Costa Rica!

Ceremony

4:30 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal

Please join us on the beach right before sunset as we say "I Do!" We are requesting a semi-formal attire for the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception. Ladies should opt for a midi-dress, pantsuit, or longer dressier dress. Men should opt for a suit or slacks and a sports coat. Please no shorts, hats, jeans or non-collared shirts.
