Sabrina and Alex met on Facebook before even stepping foot on Wake Forest's campus in 2016. Little did they know, they would end up in the same pre-orientation group, living on the same freshman hall, and becoming life-long friends. Their fun fact: Alex told Sabrina she thought she may marry David two weeks after they had started dating. Anyone else would have said that was crazy... but here we are!
Hayden Lineberger
Best Man
Hayden and David met in the business school at Wake Forest. They initially bonded over both owning BMWs and being car enthusiasts. Hayden has an amazing ability to talk to anyone about anything and taught David how to be more social. Their fun fact: Hayden is a talented photographer and took all of their incredible engagement photos. They are also both Eagle Scouts and enjoy a great bonfire.
Alex Anderson
Groomsman
David and Alex initially met at Summit - a pre-orientation camp at Wake Forest - where they found out they lived on the same freshman hall. Alex was a rock for David during college, always providing sound guidance and advice. On the worship team, Alex played the cajon and banjo while David played the bass. Their fun fact: Prior to this picture at Alex's wedding, David and Alex had matching mustaches (which made them golf better).
Grace Anderson

Grace and Alex met in Alpha Delta Pi (their sorority) at Wake Forest. They had the joy of living in the same suite for their senior year where they both made some... interesting... dinners in an effort to eat healthier. Their fun fact: Alex loves to surprise people, and Grace hates being surprised, so by nature, Alex really loves to surprise Grace. Once Alex gave Grace a coffee mug that looked like a cow's udder and Grace was so happy (scared?) she cried.
Callie Boone

Callie is David's older sister and has known David literally since the day he was born. Neither Alex nor Callie have a sister, so they are both very excited to have a sister-in-law now! Callie and Alex have essentially traded places geographically. Their fun fact: David, Alex, and Callie all have matching green Cape Cod sweatshirts. David had one first, but then David decided it wasn't fair that Alex and Callie kept stealing it, so he got each of them their own sweatshirt.
Jamie Chapman

Jamie and Alex were in the same sorority at Wake Forest and shared the same major (Mathematical Business!). Prior to getting married this June, Jamie's last name was Van Horne. They bonded together at the end of every line they stood in (nothing like a good "V" and "Y" last name). But now, 2022 is the year that they both get to join the front of the line! Their fun fact: Jamie and Alex have matching nautical sweaters they would wear to class.
Alex Duma

David had the pleasure of meeting Alex during his junior year internship abroad in Frankfurt, Germany. Alex noticed David's accent was horrible at an internship luncheon and was immediately intrigued that he was from the USA. Alex was extremely welcoming and invited David to so many events during the summer and he truly was a Godsend as he made David's summer in Germany incredible. Their fun fact: They both have ridden around on electric scooters through Walmart.
Katherine Holmes

Katherine and Alex have had the joy of growing up as cousins! Even though they are often living in different states, they stay connected with one another and are always excited to see each other in person. However, their shared talent in math is where they can really bond. Their fun fact: They both love silly hats or headbands. At holidays they can be seen adorned with Christmas trees, turkey legs, or the like.
Cameron Kinney

Cam and David first became close friends at Pinecrest High School in a physics class. Apart from being good at Physics (he is now an engineer), Cam was also a car enthusiast. Their fun fact: When Cam worked the night shift at Food Lion, they would meet up and play football, frisbee, and drive remote controlled cars in the parking lots to help pass the time. Cam loved his job.
Henry Spence

Henry and David met at Community Presbyterian Pre-School. They went through school together, played sports together, and have spent countless hours hanging out. They have even driven across western Europe and raced on teams together both in person and virtually. Their fun fact: Henry and David attended the 24 hours of Le Mans in France and stayed up for the entire 24 hour race (picture taken pre-race).
