Please note: personal cars or our buses are the only transportation options to Nolensville/Wedding. Uber does not operate Saturday nights out in the farmland. SHUTTLE BUS DEPARTURE TIMES FOR Saturday, August 27, 2022 to Mint Springs Farm 3:35 p.m. Renaissance at 611 Commerce St Downtown 3:20 p.m. Courtyard at 170 4th Ave N Downtown 3:35 p.m. Holiday Inn at 415 4th Ave S Downtown 3:35 p.m. Hyatt House Franklin at 3501 Mallory Lane Franklin 3:50 p.m. Franklin Marriott Cool Springs at 700 Cool Springs Blvd Franklin The buses will be parked outside the front door and will have signage saying Mint Springs Farm. Please be on time. Buses can not wait for late arrivals. Some buses will be making a second stop, and all will follow a strict schedule in order to arrive at the farm in time for the ceremony. If there is sufficient demand - and we hope you're having too much fun to leave - there may be an early bus departing the Farm at 9:00 p.m. The rests of the buses will depart at 10:45 p.m.

DOWNTOWN HOTELS

For those who want to experience the boot-stomping, line-dancing, country-music, whiskey-drinking fun of downtown Nashville we offer three options: • Renaissance Nashville (Marriott) • Courtyard Nashville Downtown (Marriott) • Holiday Inn and Suites Nashville Downtown/Broadway (Holiday Inn) Unless you plan to explore a broader area of Tennessee, whether it's distilleries or historic sites, choosing any of these hotels will most likely mean you don't need a rental car. Nashville is very walkable and Uber is readily available. Beware, if you do rent a car or drive in, hotel parking downtown is VERY expensive (see separate parking note at the bottom of this page).

Set in the business district, this upscale hotel is a 3-minute walk from renowned Ryman Auditorium, and an 8-minute walk from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. This is where the wedding party is staying. Caution: valet only parking is $52/night. Less expensive public parking is available nearby via skybridge. Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

For those who have heard about it and want to see it for themselves, the Gaylord Opryland Resort is incredible. Opryland is approximately 11 miles NE of downtown. Note: we will NOT be offering wedding shuttle service from this location. However, they do offer other transportation options; Between 10a and 7p there is an hourly (paid) shuttle from the airport to the hotel . There is also a (paid) shuttle from the hotel to the Country Music Hall of Fame that runs everyday. Anything you could possibly need is on, or nearby this resort. On the other hand, with almost 3,000 rooms, be prepared for a lot of walking. If you visit, car pool or take the Opryland shuttle ($19 round trip) - because parking is $33/self or $45 valet!!

Nashville International Airport (BNA)

Hopefully, we are in driving distance for most of you. For those who will be flying in, the closest airport is Nashville International (BNA). The airport is approximately 9 miles / 20 minutes east of downtown Nashville. Direct flights to BNA can be seen here:

Travel between Airport and Downtown

Rideshare: • Uber and Lyft both operate at the airport and around Nashville. Lyft picks up in Ride App Zone A. Uber picks up in Ride App Zones B & C of the Ground transportation center. • Taxis operate on a flat rate of $25+/- to downtown or Opryland area. Taxis pick up in the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2 • The city of Nashville provides public transportation on an MTA bus between BNA and downtown for $2. Find route information on the link. To board the bus to downtown FROM the airport go outside level one to the ‘ground transportation’ area. The express bus takes about 20 minutes and the regular bus takes about 45 minutes. To board the bus to return TO the airport go to the ‘central’ station at 400 MLK Blvd. As of this writing, on weekends, buses leave for the airport every 60 minutes on the quarter past the hour. • Most major rental cars are represented at the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, next to Terminal Garage 1

Parking

Important to note, all hotels in downtown and at Opryland have substantial ($35-$40/day) parking fees. Public parking is much less expensive and you can check out options at the VIEW link below. Choosing to Uber and Taxi may make sense if you are not planning on sightseeing out of town. Parking at the hotels in Franklin is free.
