Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

After checking into your accommodations, please join us at Villa Pianciani for drinks and food on the terrace!

Local Activity

10:00 am

We have organized a cooking class to take place at Villa Pianciani. We have distributed a sign-up list by email for this event with capacity up to around 20-25 people and around 90 euros per person. Alternatively, some guests may choose to make use of the amenities at the agriturismo, hang by the pool prior to the pool party in the late afternoon or explore the area on their own!

Winery Tour and Rehearsal Lunch

11:00 am - 4:00 pm

The more colorful, the better!! Please dressing comfortably for the weather as we will be spending time outside. Suggestions include linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals; no jeans or athleisure please. We recommend comfortable shoes to explore the vineyard!

Join us as we venture into Montefalco, a local area that is world-renowned for its wine. We will tour a winery, enjoy a tasting and then gather for a rehearsal lunch at the winery. Transportation will be arranged to and from Villa Pianciani. After this event, feel free to enjoy dinner and the evening on your own, prior to our big day.

Ceremony

Formal (Villa Garden-Friendly): Suits, tuxes, and long dresses are welcome (think gowns or cocktail-length, but not casual summer dresses). No need for full ballgowns unless you’d like! We recommend skipping stilettos since much of the celebration will be on grass. Please keep in mind the temperature for our outdoor ceremony and dinner (weather permitting).

Please join us for our wedding ceremony followed by reception with dinner, dancing and more. We cannot wait to celebrate our marriage (and the last day of summer!) with you!

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Prior to checking out in the early afternoon, please join us for a casual brunch at the Villa before we say our goodbyes! If you are flying out on Monday, please note that some international flights out from Rome typically are early afternoon and will require earlier departure from Umbria.
