We are working on full recommendations for our guests from out of town. There are several hotels nearby Cinderwood Event Center in downtown Indianapolis that are beautiful and within walking distance.

Indianapolis International Airport

Indianapolis International Airport is a major hub with direct flights from many cities and multiple airlines. It’s about 15 minutes from Cinderwood Event Center and nearby hotels, and roughly 30 minutes from the Hindu Temple. Guests flying into Chicago can reach Indianapolis in about three hours.

Renting a Car

Indianapolis is fairly walkable, with many hotels near Cinderwood Event Center and downtown. Public transportation is limited, so rideshares like Uber or Lyft are common. The temple is about 20 minutes away, so renting a car or carpooling may be easier. Rideshares or rental cars also work for getting back to the airport.
