We are happy to announce there is still some on-property accommodations availability at this time, so we are able to accommodate late on-site reservations. A 50% deposit of $200/adult is required to reserve your place. Full payment for accommodations is due by August 1st, 2025. Please let us know what date/time you will be arriving, so we can include you in our meal counts. If you will be staying off-site and wish to join us for meals, please let us know which you will be joining us for no later than August 1st, 2025, so we can submit counts to the culinary team. Payments for on-site accommodations and off-site guest meals can be made directly to Hawkesdene. See FAQ's for more information. Please also let us know if you have any dietary restrictions/allergies. Additionally, include in your RSVP if you will be bringing a baby, toddler, or dog. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
