The Hawkesdene estate has luxury accommodations that will accommodate most of our guests for an all-inclusive experience (meals, snacks, beverages, accommodations) for the weekend with daily housekeeping & complimentary wifi. We chose this venue so that many of our loved ones can stay on-property with us for the duration of the weekend without being scattered across several hotels and worrying about travel between hotel/venue. At this time, there are still some available accommodations on-property. The cost to stay on-site is $400/adult for the weekend. If you have reserved your stay with a $200 deposit, the remaining $200/adult balance is due by August 1st, 2025. Guests are welcome to pay the full $400 at the time of reservation. Onsite accommodations will be booked on a first come first serve basis. To Confirm: 1. Visit www.hawkesdene.com/confirmation 2. Fill out the guest information form 3. Select yes for "Have you been invited to attend a wedding" 4. Select Kiralynne & Andrew - September 20, 2025 for Name of Couple or Group 5. For the amount to be charged, please enter the price for your stay. Please reach out to us prior to declining an invitation if this cost is prohibitive to you.
