We highly recommend that you arrive in the MORNING in Avalon on Wednesday, July 15th so you can join our welcome festivities and start the wedding weekend stress-free with no ferry or travel delays. Although you are free to arrive Thursday morning at your own risk. When you arrive in Avalon, Aimee and/or Kevin will be there to greet you at the port. If your accommodations aren’t ready for check-in yet, you’re welcome to drop your bags at Aimee & Kevin’s Airbnb.
Beach Day & Relax- Optional

A relaxed and fun beach day at Descanso Beach Club. We have Cabanas that include, Complimentary Welcome Smoothies, Personalized Beach Butler, Sun Deck with Chaise Lounges, Premium Bottled Water, Beach Towels, Complimentary Fruit Skewers, Complimentary Popsicles, Complimentary Oshibori Towels, Complimentary Crudité Platter Upon Arrival and a Welcome Snack Basket. You are not required to join us for dinner since the cost will be on you! Please let us know if you are or aren't joining so we can make sure there is enough room reserved for our group. There is a shuttle that will pick us up at the Avalon Port to take us to dinner.

Golf is one of Aimee & Kevin’s favorite ways to spend time together, so we’d love for you to join us for a morning round at the Catalina Island Golf Course. If you’d like to play, please let us know when you RSVP. Tee times are limited, and we’ll share details with those who sign up. This is optional and something you will pay for if you choose to join. If golf isn't your thing, the morning is free and flexible! Enjoy breakfast in town, walk along the harbor, spend time at the beach, or relax before the afternoon events begin.
