Family and Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!

Della Helen Lyle

Maid of Honor

To the woman of the hour, from you sister Abby: Della is the most caring, generous, intelligent, outgoing, hilarious, inspirational women I have the joy to say is ALSO MY SISTER! Even though she is my little sis, I get to look up to her everyday. She inspires all that know her, with positive words, and with her infectious smile...she makes everyone around her feel special and heard. She is going to be a lawyer someday soon! (WOW. Could not even imagine doing that type of work)...she is everything I aspire to be and more! We've known this moment was coming since we were old enough to dream up our weddings....and I'm so overjoyed that time has actually come! And so, without further ado...I can finally introduce my sister Della as my Maid of Honor. LOVE YOU SIS!

Susan Lynn Goss

Bridesmaid

Susie & Abby have been best friends since 7th grade. They met through Lizzie Mattson (who is another bridesmaid), & have been heifers and besties ever since! Susie always has a way of making Abby feel like a better person. After their conversations, Abby leaves feeling refreshed, rejuvenated & inspired to be better. Susie lives here in Austin, TX with her boyfriend named Austin (ha) & has been such as blessing to Abby & Andrew. Whether it's game nights, dinner dates, coffee chats, pool/lake days, they always have fun! She has been there from the beginning of Andrew's & Abby's relationship, & was the one that actually invited Abby to the Christmas party, & took the photos of the FIRST night they met! Thanks to Susie, Andrew and Abs would have never met! LOVE YOU FBFF, & FOREVER HEFF!

Chasten Ann Strahan

Bridesmaid

Chasten and Abby became friends through working at a Nursing facility in Temple, TX. Since then it has been a wild ride! She is the perfect friend to have by your side during the good times & the bad... she knows how to motivate all people, to be their very best, & to make the most out of any situation. Chasten has great taste in music, & would share at work different songs and concerts she went to. This is how their friendship started, & it blossomed from there! Weekday or weekends, Chasten & Abby would bond over music, therapy drama, & everything else! Chasten & her boyfriend Zach started hanging out with Abs & Andrew; from there, all four of them have become close friends. Now, Chasten & Zach are recently ENGAGED! We cannot wait to see where their life will take them.

Lizzie Mattson

Bridesmaid

Lizzie is one of Abby's oldest and most dearest friends, they have been friends since the 4th Grade! Their friendship began in those difficult middle school years, where they faced bullies, puberty, first crushes, awkward haircuts, and pretending to be good at the flute (maybe just Abby for that last one, haha). Moving from California to Wyoming in 2000, Abby never had a true, dedicated and loyal friend before Lizzie, and it shaped who she is today! Although Lizzie lives all the way in South Dakota with her wonderful Husband, Dylan, Abby still thinks of her as one of her die-hard friends. Their friendship can stand the test of time! Thank you Lizzie for being a part of Abby and Andrew's big day! LOVE YOU!

Norbert Hayden Lyle

Father of the Bride

Abby's father is truly a strong and incredible person...especially for having 3 women in his life...he makes everything look so easy! He's Mr. Hot Shot, but doesn't boast about it. He is one of the most humble guys you will every meet. What doesn't he do? From ultra marathon running, to making a mean homemade deep dish pizza, to creating a variety of music albums (he's on Spotify people!!), this guy does it all. It is so great to have an incredible role model who helped mold Abby into the woman she is today. He also helped Ab and Dell realize what a great husband and father looks like---Andrew...take note! haha He's the man that Della and Abby have looked up to from the moment they were born, and with the passing years, their respect and love for him only grows! LOVE YOU POP!

Lori Ann Lyle

Mother of the Bride

Mama Lyle has been Abby's cheerleader from the moment she face planted in the water during her first swim test, to the moments where she's discovering her love for helping others as an OT. She has helped Ab and Dell grow & learn through the really difficult times, & also the really fun times! Lori is also a therapist, & although she doesn't do as much therapy anymore...she gets her fair share of therapy sessions in with her family! haha She is fearless, & ambitious. She goes for what she wants. This motivational spirit she has, has helped her reach her writing dreams, her filming dreams, & her intellectual dreams. It is wonderful to see her passion for writing, & not being afraid to speaking out on controversial topics. #permitted Thank you mom, for inspiring all that you meet! LOVE YOU!

Reverend Nancy Gamache

Officiant

We're so honored and excited to announce that Pastor Nancy is going to be our officiant! She is the Mother of Susie Goss, (Abby's bridesmaid) and has been a part of Abby's life since 7th grade. Growing up and listening to her sermons, and the love she brought to others has been such an uplifting part of the Abby's life. She is extremely smart, and talented. She received her Masters of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, and ordained in United Church of Christ; where she serves most recently at St. Jacob United Church of Christ in Illinois. Whenever she speaks, whether it be our Baccalaureate for Graduation, Sermons, Baptisms or Weddings, it brings peace and joy to those around her. Thank you Nancy for being a part of our big day!

Jordan Louis Mallamace

Best Man

Jordan is Andrew's younger brother of 4 years. He is as talented as he is kind, he is helping people not only in his new chiropractic career, but also within his family and close friends. Although Andrew is Jordan's older brother, Andrew looks up to him in so many ways. He admires Jordan's drive, passion, and determined outlook on life. Their brotherhood has become much closer over the past years, and it means the world to have Jordan by Andrew's side during this marriage. Jordan played a big part in the engagement, taking some quality pictures of the surprise moment up on Pennybacker Bridge! He was instrumental in keeping Andrew busy leading up to the proposal. Love you, brother

Matthew Joel Kasperzak

Best Man

Matt is Andrew's best friend since childhood. Matt has been motivating Andrew to always reach for the impossible. Whether it's been wakeboarding or snowboarding, or trying avocados, Matt's been pushing Andrew since he was 2. Matt has always been like a brother to Andrew, supporting him through some difficult times. Even though Matt lives in Colorado, and Andrew in Austin, they still find time to adventure together and share some pretty epic memories. Excited to share another memory with you Matt!

Aurelio Giuseppe Mallamace

Groomsman

AJ and Andrew are first cousins, and they've always been close despite the age gap growing up. AJ was always around Andrew when they were younger, because Andrew's older brother Tony, was best friends with AJ. They've always been close through their passion for soccer and sports in general; bonding over their love for Juventus. ALLA JUVE! Andrew made the trek to Lithuania to be the Best Man at AJ's wedding....and stayed for the honeymoon for a few days after as well...overstaying his welcome. ( gosh, Andrew take a hint, haha) These days Andrew and AJ are constantly in touch, whether it be to gossip about sports or to discuss work related topics. Excited for you to be part of this day!

Patrick Hugh Kelly

Groomsman

Andrew and Patrick met playing soccer at the age of 7 and have been friends ever since. Andrew had the honor of being the best man in Patrick's wedding. Growing up, they shared a lot of memories on the soccer field as well as vacationing with each other's families. They lived together at Kennesaw State University, where they shared a lot of memories and laughs. Patrick is happily married to Meredith Kelly, and has a baby boy on the way! Congrats to them! Thanks for coming on this journey Patrick!

David Castellanos

Groomsman

Dave and Andrew met junior year in high school, and were instantly friends, finding mutual ground with their passion for sports...and the fact that both their dads were "UPS"ers. (AKA: they worked for UPS, kind of a big deal.) After failed experiments at their first University, both ended up transferring to Kennesaw State, and becoming roommates! Eventually...they graduated and went their separate ways to pursue their professional careers. Time and space have been unable to keep this friendship apart. Dave and Andrew are always in touch...these days mostly about weddings. Congrats to Dave and Lindsay! Their getting hitched in Asheville, NC on October 2020. Excited that we get to be a part of each other's wedding party.

Diego Zorrilla

Groomsman

Diego and Andrew met playing soccer when they were 13 years old, and he has been the life of the party everywhere he goes. Their friendship has been kept together throughout the years with their love of soccer, the Yankees, and their strive to always reach their goals. Diego has recently got his law degree and practicing in Atlanta, and was recently married to his beautiful wife, Francesca. They are both moving into a new house, and they have been staying busy with that. Throughout these tough times in 2020, Diego and Andrew always find time to talk and catch up. Diego always makes everyone around him feel uplifted and understood, and that is only one of the many reasons he is going to be standing by Andrew's side during this special day!

Antonio Mallamace

Father of the Groom

Antonio (AKA: Coach Tony) has always been very involved and supportive in Andrew's life. Andrew looks up to his dad in many ways, particularly for his work ethic and his motivation to make those around him happy. Tony was Andrew's soccer coach from the age of 10; where he lead the team to an undefeated season and to the Georgia State Cup! Tony moved to the US from Italy when he was 13 years old. Him and his family arrived in NY with the American Dream on their mind, and through determination Tony was able to achieve this dream. The Italian heritage that Andrew's father (and his mother) comes from has shaped Andrew's life; studying abroad in Italy, religiously following the Italian Soccer League, and the understanding of what it means to be first generation Italian-American. Love you dad!

Lynn Marie Mallamace

Mother of the Groom

Andrew has always been so close to his mother, Lynn. They spent a lot of time together; gardening, driving to school, & watching HGTV together. Lynn taught at Andrew's middle school & was always there to keep him in check-thank you Lynn! She has been there to help Andrew to achieve his personal goals; being supportive & understanding during the most challenging times. Andrew admires his mother's passion to help others & volunteering her time to put other's needs before her's. Now don't let her fool you. Her kindness is not weakness! She raised 3 rambunctious boys & was able to maintain an orderly household. (not including cousins & friends that would come over) Lynn is the perfect combo of sweet & spicy; her tough New York upbringing & her kind heart was the perfect match for her sons.

Antonio Francesco Mallamace

In Remembrance of : Brother of the Groom

Tony was Andrew's older brother who passed away in 2006. To this day people still tell stories about the life he lived. He was a true trailblazer. Tony was always pushing the limit, whether it be speed limits or his parent's limits. Tony was always there for Andrew growing up, whether Andrew was in the right or in the wrong.Tony showed his family more in the 20 years they had together than most do in a lifetime. The most important thing in Tony's life was family and those he loved; there wasn't a thing on Earth that he wouldn't do to help them. Not a day goes by that Andrew doesn't think of Tony & what Tony would've done in a particular situation.Tony remains in our hearts and in our minds through all the memories we shared. He would've put Abby through a test... but one she would've passed!

For all the days along the way
