This event is Formal Fall Attire in rich jewel tones. Dark suits for men, floor or ankle length dresses or elegant pantsuits for women. Kindly avoid burgundy wine and forrest green, reserved for the wedding party. It is an outdoor setting with grass and stairs, so choose shoes accordingly, and bring a layer for the evening chill. Our intimate creekside ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45 pm. The venue will open to receive guests at 4:15 pm, and seating will close five minutes prior to the ceremony. Please plan to arrive early so we can begin without interruption. Guests arriving late may be escorted quietly through the back of the venue if possible, or otherwise directed to the cocktail hour space. Please note that the ceremony space includes stairs. Guests with difficulty navigating stairs may let us know in advance, and a team member will gladly escort you around. The first two rows will be reserved, with open seating behind them. We are hosting an unplugged ceremony - please keep all phones and cameras put away for its duration. We have hired a professional photographer to capture every moment beautifully, and we invite you to be fully present with us. There is no cell service at the venue, so it is the perfect excuse to disconnect!
Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony, join us on the patio for a lively cocktail hour filled with delicious appetizers and an open bar. We will have a few signature drinks to try, but the bartender will be ready to make anything you would like - including fun non-alcoholic options. While you sip and snack, enjoy some couple-themed puzzle games and yard games, or take advantage of the beautiful photo spots around the venue. It will be the perfect way to mingle, relax, and celebrate before the reception begins!
Reception

Following cocktail hour, we invite you to dine and celebrate with us beneath the tent, where a beautiful buffet dinner with three entree selections will be served. As the evening unfolds, we will share our first dance and listen to heartfelt toasts surrounded by family and friends. A fully open bar will be available throughout the night, so glasses may always be raised in celebration. After the cutting of the cake, the celebration will move indoors, where the dance floor will open and the party begins. Capture memories in the photobooth, enjoy lawn games under the lights, and join us on the dance floor as the music carries the night. To keep the joy and energy alive, a late-night snack will be served before our grand send-off at 10:00 pm.
Grand Send Off

As the night comes to a close, please make your way to the front door pathway to join us for our grand send-off! Let us send the newlyweds off in style, with cheers, smiles, and one last celebration together. Please travel safely back to your hotel at the end of the night. Rideshares, taxis, and carpools are available. Please do not drink and drive.
