Located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street is beautifully lit up with Christmas lights during the holiday season. Every year, Tristan and Kayla look forward to strolling down Palafox Street at the end of a date or after a night out with friends to look at the lights. Every Saturday, you can find the Palafox Market at Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza on North Palafox St filled with local produce, art, baked goods, and plants for sale.

One of Kayla and Tristan's beloved date spots, Bayview Park is a great place to play tennis, go for a walk/run, rent paddle boards and kayaks, have a picnic, and watch cute dogs at the dog parks! Kayla and Tristan love going to Bayview Park to take Kayla's dog Tobi to the dog park, picnic, watch the sunrise, and paddle board/kayak. Kayla also likes to admire her dad's work as a concrete subcontractor for the new Bayview Community Center.
Stop by for a Blue Wahoos Minor League Baseball game or take a stroll through the park overlooking Pensacola Bay and check out where Tristan and Kayla took homecoming pictures with their friends for their last 2 years of high school. The park also has a great playground and picnic area, and holds free monthly events for the community.

Go ice skating or watch a Pensacola Ice Flyers Minor League Hockey game! Tristan and Kayla have gone ice skating during winter break almost every year with friends and family, even before they started dating.
Learn some history at the National Naval Aviation Museum and the Pensacola Lighthouse (built in 1859)! The Naval Aviation Museum features restored military aircrafts, and the lighthouse offers a stunning view of Pensacola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
