Travel Note
It's super important to remember that you'll be at 5,430 feet here! Below are some suggestions to help ward off any potential high altitude side effects🙏🏼 HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE! 💧 - A day or two before traveling, up your water intake. As soon as you get here, make chugging a bunch of water your first priority. Continue drinking more water than you usually would while you're here. Electrolytes ⚡️ - Also highly recommend bringing some electrolyte powder mixes for your water. Pedialyte is tried and true, or Costco sells Liquid IV which is also really great. Watch your alcohol consumption! ⚠️ - As much as we'll all be down to party, alcohol hits you a lot harder at high altitude if you're not used to it. So go slow and make sure you drink 1 glass of water in between every drink🥂Taking some Advil before bed after drinking is also a good call. Get an oxygen boost 💨 - If you're looking for some extra extra support, you could purchase a canister of Boost Oxygen. You may not be able to carry this on the plane but you can get it in a lot of the grocery stores around here.
Travel Note
If you want to keep your immune system up while traveling, try adding the following to your regimen! Click the link below to purchase on Amazon too. 🌿 Umcka chewable tablets* - we like to take 1/day when traveling 💊 Wellness Formula capsules* - full of lots of natural goodness! Take 4/day (make sure you get the CAPSULES and not the tablets. The tablets taste like trash🙃) 💧 Liquid IV (Immune Support) - This is a great low sugar electrolyte drink. It does have Zinc in it though so we'd recommend taking this after you've had some food (it can make some people nauseous on an empty stomach). *We like to do Umcka and Wellness Formula at least a week before we start traveling.

The Denver Airport is about 40 minutes - 1 hour away from the hotel area. Denver traffic can get crazy so we recommend arriving sometime before 3pm on Thursday or Friday. Otherwise, just know you're travel time will be closer to an hour. To/from the airport transportation options: 1. Renting a car (see below for discount code) 2. Uber/Lyft 3. Super Shuttle has a car shuttle service that costs about $90 each way for up to 3 passengers. You can visit this website to book: https://booking.supershuttle.com/?RezMode=1 4. For $10/person each way, you can take the Flatirons Flyer shuttle bus from the Denver Airport Station - Gate 8 and then get off at US 36 & McCaslin Station - Gate E. NOTE: this option would require 8-10 minutes of walking to the hotel area. You can view the schedule here: https://app.rtd-denver.com/route/AB/schedule?serviceType=3&direction=Westbound&branch=
