For those of you staying at the hotel block, there are lots of food and grocery stores very close by! Here are a couple: Mad Greens, SmashBurger, Mod Pizza (great gluten free/dairy free options), Target, Panera, CostCo, Busaba Thai (one of our favorites), , and Lamar's Donuts.
This is our favorite coffee shop. It's also where we met to talk about starting to date 🤗
After you get your coffee from Otis, pop over next door to this gem of a bakery. They have an incredible array of classic baked goods as well as Gluten Free and Vegan options for just about everything. NJ folks - this is also one of the few places where you can get a Pork Roll sandwich (real Trenton quality). The bagels of course won't be as good as the motherland's but it's still a great taste of Jersey.
2nd favorite coffee shop located in downtown Boulder
Another great overlook just outside of Boulder. You can drive right up to this spot as well and there are about 3 other overlooks in that area.
This is a more advanced hike, so we would ONLY recommend this to folks who've either been in town for a few days and/or are already pretty active. You definitely don't wanna do something like this right when you get to Boulder.
If anyone wants to stay in Rocky Mountain National Park before or after the wedding, we'd recommend this town! It's only about an hour away from Boulder. There's lot of great AirBnBs here and the downtown area is great for window shopping and eating. The altitude is a little higher here so just be aware of that.
If you wanna go further into the mountains, Breckenridge is a great option that's about 1.5 hours away. We'd recommend doing this if you plan to stay in Colorado after the wedding since you'll have had time to adjust to the altitude.
