The Great Room is the most lavish space for a black tie wedding. This 2,666-square-foot ballroom is composed in elegant ivory and chocolate tones, subtly weathered woods, textural grass cloth, and rich grained leather.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $15.00 not included 25% service charge and taxes per bottle for wine and liquor.

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $35 for up to 24 hours. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and house linens

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

W Miami is located 7.2 miles away from Miami International Airport which is a 13-minute drive.
