Devils River Distillery, situated in San Antonio, TX, offers event space for weddings and other special celebrations. This venue is located only a short distance from the city’s historic River Walk, providing a convenient setting that also allows for beautiful photos. Whiskey enthusiasts will appreciate that the distillery is home to Devils River Whiskey, which was founded in 2016. Whether your special day calls for an intimate gathering of 50 or a grand gala with up to 200 guests, this venue’s happy to assist. The Venue at Devils River Distillery features a luxurious bridal suite on the level of the Grand Mezzanine. The Tasting Room/Main Floor is ideal for wedding ceremonies, boasting an antique bar and copper stills that help to create a unique atmosphere. Finally, The Speakeasy, located on the downstairs level, is perfect for hosting unforgettable receptions. It includes glowing wall sconces and an ambiance that’s reminiscent of speakeasies from the Prohibition era.

The Tasting Room is ideal for wedding ceremonies, boasting an antique bar and copper stills that help to create a unique atmosphere. Wedding ceremonies and receptions are found on this floor the most with the overhead glistening of a Swarovski crystal chandelier, the romantic red lounge areas, and our vintage 1870 Bostonian hand-crafted bar.

Yes, we have a Beer & Wine Policy(including other liquors) that enables our clients to bring in their own liquor (besides any other whiskey) which will depend on the bar package the client goes with.

We may provide up to 10 valet passes to our clients, that are with Hospitality Parking at the Hilton Garden Inn (subject to season and availability). There are, however, several parking options available around our venue. From valet with the Hilton Garden Inn, to the parking lot on Jefferson St, as well as several parking garages.

We highly recommend event insurance, but it is not required. All vendors, however, are required to obtain vendor or event insurance for the day of the event.

Full Venue Rentals include 13 hours of venue rental time, with 12 hours for the event and one hour for breakdown. Event rental is from 11AM-11PM (and 11PM to 12AM for breakdown time).

Prices are not affected by peak or off-peak season, but generally fall and before the end of year winter months are peak season.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, as well as elevators to get between all three levels of the venue.

Yes, because we give our clients the flexibility to choose their own vendors, the coordinator will be the on site contact for all vendors, and provide all services necessary such as, timeline, vendor loading and set up information, and vendor liaison.
