The Wakulla Springs Lodge is located in the Wakulla Springs State Park, near historic Tallahassee, Florida. Considered a Florida architectural landmark, the Lodge has been on the grounds since 1937, and is featured, along with the nearly 6,000 acre park and river, on the National Register of Historic Places. The Lodge at Wakulla Springs provides the perfect natural setting for your wedding – with all the comforts and conveniences of our full-service hotel and catering team. THE CYPRESS ROOM

A small private space for more of an intimate feel.

Have your private dinner, rehearsal dinner, engagement party or family reunion in the Cypress Room. Located off the Edward Ball Dining Room, this elegant space can be served via a private entrance to our kitchens, or can be opened to the main dining room.

    We were so pleased with our experience at The Lodge at Wakulla Springs. We wanted to have a beautiful day, in a beautiful space and we got exactly that. We worked with Jasmine who was prompt in responding and answered all of our questions as we had them. We had a buffet-style dinner and chose the Italian themed menu - and it was delicious! Everyone complimented how good the food was! We didn't provide a cake, because the buffet menu included dessert and we just added in an extra dessert option for more choices. We were able to book out almost the entire hotel with just our guests, which made the experience that much more personal. Seriously, if you want something easy, look here because you get lodging for guests, a venue for the ceremony and reception, food, bar, and scenery all in one! We only needed to hire a photographer and a DJ, and then we bought some flowers and a few extra decorations and decorated ourselves. And we came in well under our budget! Amazing!

    We had a wonderful ceremony and reception here. The atmosphere was magical and was a beautiful backdrop for all our pictures. The food is always delicious whether it’s the catering or a meal at the restaurant. They also have vintage rooms for all the guests to stay in. Having everything in one place made for a less stressful experience.
