The Balmoral House is a stunning venue, perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions! Located just Northeast of Indianapolis, in Fishers, IN, this elegant former residence boasts 10,000 square ft. of event space complete with Banquet Hall, Reception Lounge and Bar, Three-Room Bridal Suite, Groom’s Quarters, 4 fireplaces, 2 spiral staircases, and outdoor Grand Deck and Garden Patio spaces. Photography opportunities at The Balmoral House are endless with over 20 acres of lush landscaping, mature trees, walking paths and bridges, and our Pergola overlooking a pond. We also have a second space, The Cottage, which is a casual-chic standalone space. It's perfect for elopement style ceremonies, engagement and rehearsal dinners, or bridal showers.

Every single person we worked with at Balmoral House was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. They truly care about every wedding they hold there, even the small ones like mine. Lynn was exceptional and did everything she could to make our day special. She is a great addition the Balmoral House team. My family has also hosted a baby shower here and they did an excellent job with that. They have something that can accommodate many types of events. To be honest, I could go on and on and make a super long review but it comes down to one thing. This venue is gorgeous, unique, and versatile and I HIGHLY recommend using Balmoral House for your wedding, or any event you may have.

Our peak season runs May-November. While pricing for our 12-Hour Exclusive Wedding Experience packages are based on peak season and dates, we do also have packages that have set pricing year-round.

No. The Balmoral House does not allow outside alcoholic beverages to be brought into the venue due to liquor licensing and health codes. The Balmoral House will provide all of your bar needs, and our exclusive caterers will provide all of your food needs, for pre-ceremony and reception. The Balmoral House also has fantastic bartenders on staff.

Yes, The Balmoral House has 2 separate parking lots for your convenience. Based of the size of your event, parking attendants are available to assist your guests.

Of course! One of our favorite parts of The Balmoral House is our bridal suite and groom's room. Our bridal suite is a 3-room luxury suite which provides plenty of room for you and all of your bridesmaids to have your hair and makeup done. Our groom's room is a theatre-style lounge. We can also assist in arranging pre-ceremony food and beverages while preparing for the big day!

The Balmoral House does not have an on-site caterer, but we do work exclusively with seven full-service caterers. We work with Jacquie's Gourmet Catering, City Barbeque, A Cut Above Catering, & Mills Catering. For more information on pricing, please reach out to each caterer individually.

Access to The Balmoral House is set for the time reserved. If you reserve a space from 10a-10p you have 12 hours at our venue. With Early Access and Custom Add-ons, you can customize your rental time to meet your needs. Your rental should include any time necessary for setup and tear down of decor and favors by you or your vendors.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
