I absolutely love love and can not wait to hear your story. My aim for being part of your wedding day is to help you have the day you are envisioning. After all, it is your day. You make the rules. I want to know and implement everything that is meaningful to you. Your traditions, your inside jokes, what gives you joy all while having the most fun.

I am a very hands on planner while also being aware that most people are planning weddings around their busy schedules and lives. I offer unlimited texting communication, after hours/virtual meetings, and am here to listen and reassure you should you need a phone call to ease your mind about anything that weighs on it. I'm really big on creating the day that you want. I am your advocate, I am in your corner, and I am here to bring to life everything that makes your love story yours.

Description

Full wedding planning package that includes planning for your wedding weekend as well as on site coordinating. This package includes unlimited texting and email communication as well as ten in person or virtual planning meetings. I assist with vendor selection, event timeline, and more. In person coordination includes 1 hour for your rehearsal and 10 hours of wedding ceremony and reception on site management.

Partial planning is great for couples that need an assistance with their planning but want to do some of the planning themselves. This package is an excellent stand alone package or add on to day of coordinating. It includes three planning meetings in person or virtually, vendor recommendations, timeline assistance and creation, and unlimited communication via text and email to answer any questions you may have during your planning process.

Bringing your elopment dreams to life! This package includes three planning meetings, assistance with booking your vendors, timeline creation, and four hours of on site wedding coordination.

Day of coordinating to make the perfect day you’ve plan run smoothly. This package includes two planning meetings, attendance to your rehearsal as requested, vendor management and confirmation the week of your wedding, and 8 hours on site event management including assistance with setting up and breaking down.

    Katie was awesome! I hired Katie as a "month of" wedding planner for my destination wedding, and she was great! We communicated via text and email the many months of planning the wedding and she always responded in a very timely manner and was able to give me all the vendor contracts. A huge plus with hiring Katie was that I received discounts from the vendors that she recommended. Katie was very attentive and ensured my husband and I had everything we wanted on our special day. If I were to get married again or host an event in New Orleans, I would 100% hire Katie to help coordinate my event.
