I found my love for planning weddings when I planned my own back in 2018. My husband Charlie and I love the outdoors and didn’t have to look far for a venue that was perfect for us, because it was just across the street from his parents' house. We tied the knot under a canopy of large oak trees at his Aunt and Uncle’s home, which was originally built for Charlie’s grandparents, by Charlie’s father. It was so incredibly special to us to be married in a place where so many family memories were made. We spent many nights on the couch planning all the details of our wedding and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.

​I remember back then saying to Charlie how I wished I could have a career in wedding planning, so in 2019 I decided to follow my heart and make it happen! Every wedding is different than the next, which is why we take the time to get to know you and learn what your wedding day vision is before a set price is given. Your wedding day is one of the biggest days of your life and one you will reminisce years from now. We'd love to have the opportunity to learn more about what can make your wedding day special, and a day you will want to relive time and time again!

    Chelsea was nothing short of a dream come true! She was so helpful and asked so many GOOD questions! We had her in more of a coordinator role but if I had any questions she was quick to answer. Planning a wedding in your own can be so stressful and I can say with full confidence that I didn’t feel an ounce of stress with Chelsea by my side. Her quick responses and kind and approachable deflect her feeling like she was my best friend. I will recommend Chelsea to any of my friends for any wedding needs!

    Chelsey and her assistant Tyler were absolutely wonderful for our wedding day. With 2 venue locations and a large family to herd and coordinate, Chelsey was so attentive and able to get our party through the various day’s events on time. She was so sweet and professional and went out of her way to film and text us videos of the venues and of the reception dancing, something we appreciated with us not having a videographer. She fit perfectly into our budget and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We can’t recommend her enough!

    Chelsey was our day of coordinator for our November 2022 wedding. Chelsey showed up early and immediately jumped into working with all vendors to ensure everything was set up correctly. My husband and I did a first look and took pictures and it was so great to know that Chelsey was taking care of all the details. She was so easy to work with and made the day stress free for us. If we had to do it again I would book Chelsey in a heartbeat!

    The highest compliment a Bride & Groom can hear is that their wedding was like a fairytale princess wedding. That takes tons and tons of planning and an impeccable orchestrator!!! That is exactly what Chelsey is. I absolutely adored how Chelsey kept coming up to us and reminding us of where we were on the schedule and how to proceed to keep us on track, yet so patient when we still needed more time to finish greeting each table of guests. The pre-planning was just as impeccable! Chelsey reminded us of things we had forgotten about or bringing to light new details from new information she was receiving from us…just so very spot on! Seriously! The wedding would not have come together like a perfect fairy tale wedding without her attention to every single detail! We are forever grateful for giving us such precious memories. Chelsey was consistently available to us the entire evening and was always smiling. She is very confident about her job duties and nothing seemed to phase her. She solved any issues with ease and professionalism. Chelsey even showed up at our after party at our house and redecorated with the wedding decorations and had nicely boxed up all the extra decorations and had put all the bridal bouquets in vases with water. That’s what we call going the extra mile.!
