I'm Gabriella! Thanks so much for stopping by! Fairway Cookie Co. is an endeavor I began in 2018. What started as a side hobby for friends and family has quickly turned into so much more. There's nothing I love more than being able to create custom cookies that contribute to your special events, family gatherings and holiday celebrations.

The Fairway is the name of the street I grew up on. It's where I spent my childhood learning, loving and laughing. The Fairway means so much to me and I couldn't think of a better foundation to build this business on. On top of custom cookies, I offer public and private cookie decorating classes. Public classes are usually held around holidays and are announced via my website or social media platforms.
